After registration, you will be prompted to enter your PIN, which is also required in order to turn on the Android Market software. Once completed, you will be prompted to download the Google Android SDK, which you will need to complete the process of installing the android software on your G1. The SDK installation should be done by clicking on the "Download" tab in the market place and choosing the link for the file.
After downloading, unzip the file and insert the SD card into your device. Turn on the Android device and connect it to the computer via the USB cable. You should see a setup wizard prompt on your screen, and you are now ready to install the latest android software on your t-mobile G1. Install the Google Android app and launch the app, which will install the Android Market software and the Google Android application.
